Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Typical delivery times:

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    •    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please message us and we’ll see if we can accommodate.


Warm Weather Disclaimer

Because our product is food-based, we do our best to package it securely. However, we are not responsible for any heat-related damage during transit.


Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you may file a claim with USPS.


Refunds & Returns

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to help.
