N&J Carne Seca started the way the best things usually do — with a passion, a kitchen, and a whole lot of flavor.

What began as a hobby quickly became something we couldn't keep to ourselves. We're a couple who shares a deep love for bold, satisfying food, and beef jerky was something we kept coming back to — but never quite finding the version we craved. So we made our own.

Every batch of N&J Carne Seca is hand-marinated using our own carefully developed recipe — a blend of spices we've refined over time to deliver that deep, savory flavor in every bite. We start with high-quality beef, selected for tenderness and consistency, and we don't rush the process. Our jerky marinates long enough to let those flavors fully develop, because great things take time.

Our Original flavor is the one that started it all — savory, tender, and crave-worthy. Then came Fuego, because let's be honest, we're both spice lovers and we couldn't resist turning up the heat. Fuego brings that same quality and care with an extra kick that keeps you reaching for more.
